The Hoole’s have kindly offered the use of their cabin for this year’s Annual Summer BBQ. Pretty much the same format as last year except we’ll be installing a boxing ring to resolve any disagreements this year.

About BEPOA

The Association is organized with a volunteer board of nine members who meet monthly to discuss and solve various problems and maintenance issues. Property owners are welcome to attend any of the monthly board meetings. The Association holds an annual meeting for all property owners. Only dues paying members are allowed to vote on issues and for the election of board members at the annual meeting, however all property owners are invited to attend.
